P/N 3354D Doubler is useful for reinforcing the mounting locations for P/N 3354H and 3354S Boot Cowl Handles and Steps.

For mounting locations that do not have enough clearance for the doubler the installer must rely on existing stringers, other existing structure, and/or a custom fabricated doubler. It is up to the installer to verify the structural integrity of the attachment.

Note: The doubler was erroneously shown as included with the Boot Cowl and Step in the 2014 McFarlane catalog. It is sold separately.
